SFES is designed to provide opportunities to empower students with academic, as well as with effective social and emotional skills for positive self-growth.

As a guidance counselors, we focus on being visible, available and especially approachable to students and parents.  We encourage a school atmosphere of mutual respect among all students and recognizing individual differences as unique characteristics.  When students are respected and comfortable in their learning environment, individual productivity increases.
