Our school lunchroom operates under the National School Lunch Program and serves well-balanced, delicious meals at a reasonable price. A la carte items are available for purchase as well. K-5 $1.75 Extra Milk $.30 Free and reduced price lunches are available for those who qualify. Menus will be distributed monthly and can be accessed on our website. Because of limited seating space in the cafeteria, we ask parents to eat with us only for special occasions. If space allows, parents are invited to join their child for lunch one day during the year designated as the child's birthday (the actual birthday or another day substituted for a holiday or summer birthday). The cost of a parent's lunch is $3.25. Applications for free or reduced price meals are distributed at registration and should be returned the day after you receive them. Follow the instructions carefully; if the information is not complete, the application cannot be processed. If you need assistance completing the form, please contact the office. Lunch Payments Students may make payments into their lunch accounts on Monday mornings from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. Payments into an account may be for as much as $150.00 and can be used for buying a school lunch, extra milk, or a la carte items in the cafeteria. We ask that payments into the account be at least enough for a week's worth of lunches. When the account is close to being exhausted, a reminder note will be sent home with the student. Checks should be written only to the cafeteria account; these checks may not include additional money for snacks, book fairs, field trips, etc. Every check must include the child's account PIN number written on it. We cannot cash checks through the lunch line. We are unable to charge lunches, so be sure you have enough money either on account or to present to the cashier each day. Student lunch accounts may also be accessed online using www.PayPAMS.com. This is an easy way to deposit money into the account, access balance information, and receive email notifications about low balances.
