In the Cafeteria, here is what we are facing:

•a.      We are now using volunteers to keep both our lines in operation.

•b.      Losing additional workers means only one serving line would be operational.

•c.      Since we could feed fewer children, lunch waves would have to be extended by ten minutes or more.  Ten minutes each day takes away fifty minutes of class time each week or 30 hours of instruction during a school year.
